Sexual Wellness
G-Spot, O-Shot, P-Shot & PRP
Sexual wellness encompasses desire, arousal, orgasm, intimacy, and comfort during sexual activity. It is a recognised area of healthcare with established diagnostic frameworks and evidence-based treatment options. Sexual wellbeing is closely linked to overall physical, emotional, and psychological health. Studies have shown that higher self-esteem, positive body image, and greater life satisfaction are associated with improved sexual function, increased satisfaction, and enhanced orgasmic response in women. Conversely, conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties are strongly associated with reduced desire, impaired arousal, orgasmic difficulties, and sexual discomfort.
By improving sexual function and intimate wellbeing, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies may help support confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life. PRP harnesses the body’s natural growth factors to promote tissue regeneration, enhance blood flow, and improve sensitivity in targeted areas. For selected women experiencing concerns such as reduced arousal, diminished sensation, or orgasmic difficulties, PRP may offer a minimally invasive treatment option that contributes to both sexual and psychological wellbeing as part of a comprehensive, individualised care plan.
Anatomy of the G-Spot
The G-spot, or Gräfenberg spot, was first described in the 1950s by Ernst Gräfenberg as a highly erogenous zone inside the vagina.
Location & structure
It can be found on the anterior wall of the vagina along the course of the urethra, which seems to be surrounded by erectile tissue much like the corpora cavernosa of the penis. It is highly vascular and richly innervated.
Clinical note
Its location has a high individual variance, and some authors deny its existence. Findings and reported sensitivity should be approached as patient-specific rather than standardized.
What do we use?
Both hyaluronic acid fillers and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) have been used for G-spot enhancement procedures.
Which is better?
There is currently no clear consensus that one treatment is superior to the other. The choice is often influenced by patient preference, desired duration of effect, treatment goals, and clinician experience rather than definitive evidence favouring one approach.
At Vividah, we prefer PRP over fillers. Because PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood, it carries a very low risk of allergic reaction or rejection. It also avoids potential filler-related complications such as infection, lump formation, migration, vascular compromise, and the need for reversal or dissolving treatments. In addition to providing volume enhancement, PRP delivers concentrated growth factors that may support tissue regeneration, improve blood flow, and enhance sensitivity, making it a natural and regenerative option for selected patients.
How do we identify the G-spot?
The G-spot is identified during the procedure by gentle vaginal examination. Using a gloved finger, the clinician locates the area on the anterior (front) vaginal wall that the patient identifies as producing heightened sensation or sexual pleasure when stimulated. The procedure is therefore guided by the woman’s own feedback, helping to ensure accurate localisation of the target area before treatment.
G-Spot Amplification
G-spot amplification was first described by David Matlock in 2002. It is believed to enhance sexual stimulation to the G-spot through increased projection of the G-spot into the vagina, on the order of 3–5 mm.
It is performed under local anaesthesia, originally by fat grafting injections as an office procedure. The procedure then changed from fat to bulking agents — namely hyaluronic acid.
Typically, 0.5–2 mL of filler or PRP are injected into the targeted area, with local anaesthetic available if desired for additional comfort. The effects are usually immediate, although patients are generally advised to wait 5–7 days before resuming sexual intercourse. Results typically last 4–6 months, after which repeat treatment may be considered to maintain the effect.
O-Shot (Orgasm Shot)
Enhance Intimacy, Sensation & Vaginal Health
The O-Shot (“O” stands for orgasm) is a regenerative treatment that uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood. PRP is carefully injected into specific areas, including the G-spot, the vaginal tissues, and around the clitoris, with the aim of enhancing tissue health, sensitivity, and sexual wellbeing.
Who May Benefit?
The O-Shot may be suitable for women who experience:
Reduced sexual sensation
Difficulty achieving orgasm
Vaginal dryness
Reduced arousal
Age-related changes in vaginal tissue
Post-childbirth changes affecting sexual function
What to Expect
The procedure is performed in the clinic and typically takes less than an hour. A local anaesthetic is used to maximise comfort. Most women can return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
How Does the O-Shot Work?
The O-Shot combines both mechanical and biological effects to improve vaginal and sexual function.
Mechanical Effect
Volume & Projection
Adds local volume to the treated tissues
Increases projection of the G-spot into the vaginal canal
May enhance stimulation during sexual activity
Biological Effect
Tissue & Vascular Response
PRP contains a high concentration of growth factors that stimulate the body’s natural healing and regenerative processes.
Potential benefits include:
Enhanced local blood supply (vascularity)
Promotion of tissue growth and regeneration
Improved vaginal lubrication
Increased tissue sensitivity and responsiveness
Support for overall vaginal health
P-Shot (Priapus Shot)
Regenerative Treatment for Male Sexual Health
The P-Shot® (Priapus Shot) is a regenerative treatment that uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to support male sexual health and performance. PRP is carefully injected into targeted areas of the penis to stimulate natural healing, tissue regeneration, and improved blood flow.
After the Procedure
The growth factors released by the platelets stimulate tissue repair, new blood vessel formation, and improved tissue health over the following weeks. Improvements, when they occur, typically develop gradually rather than immediately.
Who May Benefit?
The P-Shot may be considered for men who experience:
Mild to moderate erectile dysfunction
Reduced erectile quality
Decreased penile sensitivity
Age-related changes in sexual function
Desire for a non-surgical regenerative treatment option
The Procedure
The treatment is performed in the clinic and typically takes less than an hour. A local anaesthetic is used to maximise comfort during the procedure.
The prepared PRP is injected into specific areas of the penis using a fine needle. The treatment is targeted to maximise distribution of growth factors within the erectile tissues.
Most men can return to normal daily activities shortly afterwards.
Important Information
While many men report improvements in erectile function, sensitivity, and sexual satisfaction, results vary between individuals. The P-Shot is considered a regenerative treatment, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. A thorough consultation is essential to determine suitability and discuss expected benefits.

Side Effects
The P-Shot is generally very well tolerated.
Possible side effects include:
Usually no significant side effects
Mild discomfort or pain at the injection site
Temporary swelling or bruising
Mild tenderness for a short period after treatment
Serious complications are uncommon.
How Does the P-Shot Work?
PRP contains a high concentration of growth factors that help activate the body’s natural repair processes.
Biological Effects
Enhances local blood supply (vascularity)
Promotes tissue regeneration
Supports healthier erectile tissue
May improve penile sensitivity
May enhance erectile function and sexual performance
Mechanical Effects
By improving tissue quality and vascular response, some men may experience:
Improved firmness of erections
Enhanced sexual confidence
Improved overall sexual satisfactio
